We are currently only working on a retained model for the following roles:

Our retained model was created to make it easier for you to found your company.  We've been doing this for almost 2 decades. Lately, we've noticed an increase in fraudulent candidate activity and in people who want to use AI to look like they can build AI. Our retainer allows us to us AI where it works: Evaluating candidate transcripts and finding the best people, while using our human empathy to ensure you have someone who will fit your culture and vision, who is a real person and not a fraudulent candidate, and someone you can build with. 

For this reason, we only take on 4 retainers per month per recruiter, so space is limited. When you purchase a retainer you will immediately begin a process of meeting with your recruiter, developing a profile and a hiring plan, and partnering seamlessly with your recruiter.
