Terms & Conditions

1. Contingent Recruitment

  • Fee: Sliding scale based upon company size: 1-10 employees 18%; 11-25 employees 20%; 26-50 employees 22%; 50+ 25%

  • Ownership Period: 6 months from the date of candidate introduction.

  • Guarantee: 90-day full replacement guarantee if the candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment.

  • Payment Terms: Due upon the candidate’s acceptance of an offer.

  • Refunds: No cash refunds; replacement guarantee applies as stated.

2. Retained Search

  • Upfront Engagement Fee: $25,000 due upon project initiation.

  • Completion Fee: Balance of 25% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, payable on the candidate’s first day of employment.

  • Guarantee: 90-day full replacement guarantee if the candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment.

  • Refunds: No refunds on any portion of retained search fees.

  • Retained searches are exclusive, prioritized engagements supported by dedicated resources until completion.

3. Reverse Recruitment Program

  • Program Duration: 8 weeks.

  • Fee: $7,500, payable in full prior to program start.

  • Refund Policy: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Extension Option: A 4-week extension is available for an additional $2,500.

4. Amadeus Accelerator

  • Total Fee: $100,000 for deliverables as outlined in the engagement scope.

  • Program Duration: 16 weeks, including recruitment for three (3) defined roles.

  • Extension: The program may be extended if roles are not filled within the initial 16 weeks. Extension terms and fees will be agreed upon prior to continuation.

  • Refund Policy: No refunds once the program has commenced.

  • Program Duration: 90 days

4. Amadeus AI Transformation

  • Program Duration: 90 days

  • Fee: $200,000, payable in full prior to program start.

  • Deliverables: AI Opportunity Audit + Execution Roadmap + Talent Deployment as specified in engagement scope. 

  • Extension Option: If roles are not deployed within the initial 90 days, extension terms and fees will be agreed upon in writing prior to continuation.

  • Guarantee / Refund Policy: No cash refunds once the program has commenced. A replacement or remediation plan will be executed if agreed-upon milestones are not met within the first 90 days.
