Terms & Conditions

By engaging any Amadeus Search service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Contingent Recruitment

• Available exclusively to former clients and friends and family of Amadeus Search
• Fees are assessed on a sliding scale based on company size: 18% for companies with 1–10 employees, 20% for 11–25 employees, 22% for 26–50 employees, and 25% for companies with 50 or more employees
• Payment is due upon the candidate's acceptance of an offer
• Amadeus Search retains ownership of all candidate introductions for six months from the date of introduction
• Includes a 90-day full replacement guarantee if the candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment
• No cash refunds; the replacement guarantee applies as stated

2. Retained Search

• Flat engagement fee of $25,000 due upon project initiation
• No additional fees apply
• Exclusive, prioritized engagement supported by dedicated resources until completion
• Includes a 90-day full replacement guarantee if the candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment
• If no hire is made within 45 days of the kickoff meeting, the engagement fee is refunded in full
