The Amadeus Accelerator is a founder-level partnership program for early-stage companies ready to scale with precision.

We combine recruiting infrastructure, people operations, and brand architecture into a single, high-impact engagement — helping founders build their first team and internal systems the right way, from day one.

Each participating company is paired with an Amadeus People Partner, who acts as a fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) and recruiting lead throughout the engagement.
This partner designs and implements the foundation for sustainable hiring — establishing systems, workflows, and brand presence to attract world-class talent and accelerate growth.

1. Fractional CPO Partnership

Your dedicated People Partner functions as a part-time Chief People Officer, guiding overall people strategy and hiring execution.

We establish a full internal recruiting system tailored to your stage:

5. First Three Hires

We manage your first three critical hires end-to-end:

Eligibility

The Accelerator is by application only, limited to select seed and Series A startups in AI, infrastructure, developer platforms, and frontier technology.

Each cohort accepts a small number of companies to ensure direct partnership and high-quality execution.
